A celebration of Ethiopia’s long-standing basket-weaving tradition, each unique design is skillfully crafted by hand in Addis Ababa using a mix of palm leaves and translucent strands from post-consumer PET plastic bottles. The result is a wide, flat lampshade decorated with stunning patterns chosen by the artisans themselves and a colorful wonder.
